Pleasant experience on the 9 Town Transit Bus
I want to thank you and your organization for providing a very useful and long needed service and to share with you the following recent experience.
Although I am legally blind and can no longer drive, I usually have access to private transportation. However, last week I was unable to arrange a ride to and from the Lymes Senior Center and decided to see if I could make use of the 9 Town Transit Program. I knew they had bus service to/from various locations but was unsure about door to door service and round trips. I learned I could make reservations by phone or online and was very satisfied with the resulting service as I was picked up outside my door, taken to the Senior Center non-stop and in time for my appointment. Later I was picked up and returned to my home. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I know I will be making further use of this remarkable addition to our wonderful shoreline community.

The availability of your Dial-A-Ride, door to door transportation service removes a tremendous amount of hassle.
